Wow! Nicola definately knows her stuff. i went in with a rotary cuff injury, after only on session i can now lift my... arm above my head. If you are strugglung with anything Rejuvenate Sports Therapy is the place to go. 5* keep up the great workread more

Been having problems with tight muscles at the back of my legs from continuous exercise without a rest, went to see... Nicola and felt 10 times better after a massage and a chat about what could be done for them to be loosened off! Would definitely recommend to anybodyread more
